LIT205 — Comparative Literature
3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. This is a survey course which requires an in-depth study of several major works of European literature reflecting the origin and development of contemporary Western civilization. Following a thematic direction, this course will focus on varying schools of thought and aesthetic movements in literature, arts, and music. Literatures of non-English cultures will be studied in English translations.
