LIT211 — Children’s Literature
3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. This course is an introduction to literature whose primary audience is children and adolescents. Students will become familiar with significant children’s literature in several genres including folk and fairy tales, fiction, poetry, nonfiction, and picture books, as well as the critical criteria used for evaluation of such literature.
