MAS113 — Myology

3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec This course begins with an introduction to anatomic, regional, and joint movement terminology. The bony landmarks of the skeletal system important for soft tissue attachments are then identified. Utilizing this terminology and anatomy, the origins, insertions, innervations, and actions of selected muscles of the upper and lower extremities, head, neck, and trunk will be examined. Note: This is not a hands-on course. Restricted to MAS students.
