3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. Specifically designed for the general liberal arts student to enhance the student’s understanding and appreciation of the relationship between mathematics and the modern world. Topics will include personal finance, probability and counting theory, and introduction to statistics. In addition, one of the following topics must be covered: set theory, algebra, or geometry.
