MET125 — Processes

3 Cr. Per Week: 2 Lec. This course covers the theory of a variety of manufacturing methods, processes, tooling and equipment. Topics include forging, die casting, casting, plastic molding, welding and production machining. The student will be introduced to various machine tools in the laboratory. Course required for first semester MET students, second semester WLD students, and as an elective for second year DRF students.
