MET270 — Instrumentation
3 Cr. Per Week: 2 Lec. Study of process instrumentation from a mechanical point of view. Topics include calibration procedures, methods and devices for measuring quantities such as pressure, liquid level, temperature and flow. Laboratory sessions develop the ability to set up, calibrate and operate instruments and to write technical reports.
