1 Cr. Per Week: 2 Lab Music majors preparing for transfer are faced with the daunting task of preparing an audition. This course will investigate the issues of performance and will focus on audition material and presentation skills for successful placement into academic or professional venues. Students will refine repertoire appropriate for their instrument and use recordings, video, and reflection to make improvements to their repertoire. This course is designed to teach auditioning skills for those students auditioning for music or musical theatre departments at four-year universities.
