3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. At the completion of this course, the student will comprehend and present the nutritional needs for each specific stage of life including preconception, pregnancy, infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and advanced age. Strategies for integrating food and supplement therapy into nutrition-related problems such as picky eating, special-needs diets, obesity issues, disease states, and eating disorders will be included.
