1 Cr. Per Week: 2 Lab Designed for beginning bowlers or ones with limited knowledge and skills. The course will address the mechanical principles involved in the approach, release techniques and techniques of spot bowling for strikes and spares. Topics covered include equipment, related terminology, etiquette and safety factors, scoring, four-step approach, delivery, aiming, and making spares and splits. Students of all ability levels will enjoy this course. Sport Video Technology will be incorporated in teaching and improvement of the basic bowling techniques. There is a lab fee for this course.
