PED162 — Qigong
1 Cr. Per Week: 2 Lab This course introduces students to the ancient practice of qigong, with a focus on its history, fundamental principles, and its physiological and psychological benefits. Students will explore the origins and evolution of qigong, understand its core concepts, and experience its effects on health and well-being. The course includes practical sessions where students will learn and practice a traditional qigong routine, enhancing their physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional well being.
