PSC103 — State and Local Government
3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec This course provides an overview of the basic structure, functions, and processes of state and local government with particular focus on sub-national governance units operating in New York State. Students will gain an understanding of government operation, political decision-making, and policy development and implementation at the state and local levels.
