PSY100 — Psychology of Success
3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. This course explores the psychological concepts involved on how people think, learn, and stay motivated, both in and out of the classroom. Through reflection and application, students will learn how thinking shapes their learning, how to make studying more effective, and how to better understand their motivational drives and learning habits. Key concepts include growth mindset, motivation, and self-regulation, with an emphasis on the psychological theories and practical strategies that support academic success, personal growth, and improved performance throughout the college experience.
