ABG - 115 Human Resources ABG - 115 Human Resources 3 Credit(s) In this course students will gain an understanding of the fundamental human resources theories and practices necessary to create value and direction in Indigenous organizations. Students will analyze and balance strategic leadership practices, grounded in traditional practices, with an understanding of how Western human resources laws, systems and practices are used within Indigenous organizations.
