BUS - 247 Canadian Securities Course BUS - 247 Canadian Securities Course 3 Credit(s) Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an entry level course designed to provide students a thorough understanding of the three key pillars of the securities industry: financial markets, financial products and the role of financial intermediaries in the Canadian marketplace. The CSC is a baseline regulatory requirement to perform securities and mutual fund transactions in many financial services positions. The CSC is the first step on the three-course path to Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) licensing in Canada. To support students through the completion of the CSC, study support tools are also available.
