BUS - 260 Consumer Behaviour BUS - 260 Consumer Behaviour 3 Credit(s) This course introduces students to the study of concepts that contribute to an understanding of, and the ability to predict, consumer behaviour. Students will consider both from a theoretical and practical point of view, the influence of social, cultural, and psychological factors on the consumer decision-making process. Other topics will include market segmentation and consumer research.
