BUS - 450 Project Management BUS - 450 Project Management 3 Credit(s) This course will prepare students to develop and manage project plans that will be delivered on time and within the specified budget. Students will learn to use various planning and budgeting tools as well as organizational mechanisms throughout the project life cycle that will contribute to the success of project management.
