ELC-202 — Process Measurement
ELC - 202 Process Measurement ELC - 202 Process Measurement 8 Credit(s) Students will be introduced to basic process measurement and instrument calibration. Topics covered include terminology, sources of error, standards, operation and calibration of typical instruments used in the measurement of: pressure, flow, level, temperature, analytic [pH] and electro-mechanical processes. Students will learn the physics of each process variable and the theory behind related measuring devices then apply and calibrate selected instruments to the measurement of those process variables in the lab.
