ELC - 217 Programmable Logic Controllers I ELC - 217 Programmable Logic Controllers I 6 Credit(s) This course introduces focuses on the basic principles of operation and programming of PLCs. Students will apply a PLC to relay replacement, analog, and digital interfacing. PLC operation will include CPU, memory, I/O, branch and latching instructions, timers, counters, sequencers, registers, and data files.
