FIN - 346 Kilns and Firing Technology II FIN - 346 Kilns and Firing Technology II 2 Credit(s) This course will focus on Soda firing and Raku firing. We will be loading and once firing the soda kiln with green ware, slip decorated and interiors slip glazed work. A second Soda firing will be done with bisque ware. Several different ways of introducing soda compounds will be demonstrated. While kilns are being fired and cooling, we will be able to do Raku firings.
