FIN-347 — Kilns and Firing Technology III
FIN - 347 Kilns and Firing Technology III FIN - 347 Kilns and Firing Technology III 2 Credit(s) In this course, we will explore several different types of firings at high, mid, and low temperatures. We begin with a cone 10 reduction firing in the car kiln, followed by cone 6 electric firing utilizing a controlled cooling, and cone 6 reduction. Low temperature firings at cone 01 will also be covered. We will do these in both oxidation and reduction atmospheres and reduction cooling.
