GIS - 111 Fundamentals of GIS for Drone Mapping GIS - 111 Fundamentals of GIS for Drone Mapping 4 Hours In this course, students will be introduced to planning and utilizing drone-captured data for mapping projects related to natural resources management. They will explore the world of Geographic Information System (GIS) tools and applications used to manage, visualize and communicate information captured from drones. The course places particular emphasis on the pre and post-flight data processing stages and deliverables produced, such as Orthoimagery, point clouds, Digital Terrain Models, and other relevant outputs.
