MJD - 113 Metal Casting I MJD - 113 Metal Casting I 49.5 Hours Students will learn about several casting methods including the vacuum casting process and some low-tech casting techniques. They will be introduced to the equipment used to produce a rubber mold and practice metal pouring. Finally, students will learn how to carve a wax ring in preparation for lost-wax casting in term 2.
