NUR - 276 Consolidated Practice Experience II NUR - 276 Consolidated Practice Experience II 8 Credit(s) This consolidated practice experience allows learners to build caring relationships that promote healing and health with individuals and families facing complex chronic and episodic health challenges. Health promotion is explored within the context of community and society. Learners integrate knowledge from the first two years of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Learners will collaborate with faculty, interdisciplinary practitioners, and clients through activities such as role modeling, mentoring, simulations, case studies, seminars, and reflection. Practice may occur in health care agencies, community organizations, or individual homes.
