OAD - 020 Online Learner Success OAD - 020 Online Learner Success Online Learner Success (OLS) is designed to provide the learner with a working knowledge of the Learning Management System (LMS) utilized for Office Administration and Office Management courses. Students are introduced to the LMS terminology and practice using various course tools to communicate with instructors and classmates, and to complete assignments and activities.
