POL - 151 Law and Politics POL - 151 Law and Politics 3 Credit(s) This course is designed to provide an introduction to law, politics, public policy and the administration of justice in Canada. The study of the judicial system as a branch of government will be emphasized. The course will examine key provisions of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms as interpreted by the courts, with a particular focus upon those cases most directly connected to the administration of justice.
