Drawing on prior course knowledge from planning & research, business writing, marketing, accounting, human resources, and sales and promotion students will evaluate a new or existing business idea or concept and formulate a formal business plan for the concept. Topics cover the research, development and business planning for a tourism and hospitality related business. This course will also utilize a wide variety of Microsoft Office 2003 programs including word, excel, and publisher.
