THM - 340 Field School-Tourism THM - 340 Field School-Tourism 3 Credit(s) Travel the world and earn credit towards your diploma at the same time. The field school will provide students with an opportunity to integrate classroom theory in a practical, field based setting. The theme and location of the field school will vary from year to year but the overall goal of gaining in depth knowledge of a particular facet of the tourism industry in an international setting will remain constant. Students will have an opportunity to explore a country’s culture and experience a “behind the scenes” look at how its tourism industry operates.
