WST - 100 Global Perspectives on Women WST - 100 Global Perspectives on Women 3 Credit(s) This first year level introductory course explores through feminist thought, where women are situated with regard to the political, economic and socio-cultural constraints that impact their lives. Core foundational concepts include the acquisition of gender identity, power and oppressive relationships as well as an introduction to a variety of “feminisms” through feminist theory.
