ENGL112 — Prose Fiction
ENGL 112 - Prose Fiction Add to My NLC Calendar ENGL 112 - Prose Fiction (3.0 credits) This course introduces the literary interpretation of prose fiction. Students will analyze representative examples of fictional works, including short stories and novels, to understand narrative form and elements of fiction such as plot, character, dialogue, narration, and point of view. Assignments include close reading exercises, analytical writing exercises, and critical essays. International students: “C” in English 12 or equivalent; or 6.0 IELTS writing band. ~
