ITEC 210 - Database Design Add to My NLC Calendar ITEC 210 - Database Design (3.0 credits) This course will provide a practical foundation of database design and implementation. The course will cover relational modelling, relational design, normalization, functional dependencies, requirements gathering to design a solid database and SQL. The SQL component will introduce the student to inserting, editing, deleting and retrieving data from the database. There will be a strong hands-on component that includes real-world examples and exercises. Prerequisites: CPSC 101 or ITEC 150 , or permission of Chair ~
