PALE 200 - Introduction to Palaeontology in British Columbia Add to My NLC Calendar PALE 200 - Introduction to Palaeontology in British Columbia (3.0 credits) This course will provide a basic introduction to the palaeontological heritage of British Columbia. After a brief introduction to geological time and regional geology, special emphasis will be placed on locations within British Columbia that have unique paleontological significance and are of scientific and educational interest. Lastly, the legalities and ethics around collecting and selling of our fossil heritage are covered. Students can expect field trips. ~
