This course explores the management of human resources within the legal and social environment of business and the dynamic role human resources management plays in the implementation of an organization's overall strategy. The functional areas studied include: planning, job analysis, recruitment, selection, training and development, job evaluation, employee rights, compensation and benefits, and other aspects of employee management.
