CULA 101 — Introduction to Culinary Arts
Foodservice sanitation and food safety, food chemistry and nutrition; a certificate for sanitation and a certificate for nutrition will be awarded. Restricted to Culinary students. Prereq. - eligibility for ENGL 101.
