CULA 145 — Restaurant Operations
<p>This course presents the principles of restaurant operations as it relates to both the front and back of the house environments. In this hands-on course students execute full menu production as well as service skills and have direct guest interaction. Dietary needs, allergies, nutritional cooking, and specialty menus are covered in this class. Restricted to Culinary students.</p>
