DMSG 239G — Vascular Ultrasound Special Topics
<p><span><span>This course covers the application and use of ultrasound in the imaging of advanced and non-traditional vascular pathology </span><span>encountered</span><span> in a clinical setting</span><span>. </span><span>The course </span><span>incudes</span><span> analysis and critique of published journal reviews with an emphasis placed on written communication through research, preparation of a literature review and thesis, and the development of a paper to be shared with peers</span><span>. </span><span>Recent applications, skills, knowledge, and/or attitudes and behaviors pertinent to the technology or occupation and relevant to the professional development of the student will be examined. This is a writing intensive course. Restricted to DMS students. </span></span><span> </span></p>
