EARL 275 — Early Childhood Professional
Students learn regulations, public policies, professional standard, and ethical guidelines for the early childhood profession. The NAEYC Code of Ethics is used to analyze ethical dilemmas. Professional communication, self-assessment and advocacy for one's own personal and professional growth is a theme. An advocacy project that explores the role of the teacher as advocate for children, families, and best educational practices is required. Prereq.- EARL 109 and one other 3 credit EARL course.
