This course will provide an overview of basic nanofabrication processing equipment and materials handling procedures. The focus is on procedural, safety, environment, and health issues in equipment operation and materials handling. Emphasis is on using state-of-the-industry processing equipment in the Nano-fabrication Facility cleanrooms. Prereq. û first year of Electronics Technology program or equivalent. Offered at the Nano-fabrication facility of Pennsylvania State University, main campus.
