This course will examine a variety of techniques and measurements essential for controlling device fabrication and final packaging. The emphasis will be learning with and using state-of-the-art-processing equipment in the Nanofabrication Facility cleanrooms. Prereq. û first year of Electronics Technology program or equivalent. Offered at the Nanofabrication facility of Pennsylvania State University, main campus.
