HOSP 101 — Intro to the Hospitality Industry
<p>This course provides an overview of the global hospitality industry and the many industry segments, such as hotels, restaurants, beverages, meeting and event planning, etc. Students are exposed to the various functions of each segment, as well as leading-edge issues, trends, career options, and the complex leadership role of the hospitality manager.</p>
