<p><span><span>This course covers theoretical and practical foundations for event management. Students will examine venues and components of managing a successful meeting or event. Students will examine alternatives in various topics in relation to event technology, security/risk management, financial management, sustainability, and site plan/inspection. Students will engage in learning theory and practice of service fundamentals through a lab experience to perform management decision making.</span><span> <span> </span></span></span><span> </span></p>
