PARL 175 — Bankruptcy Law
<p>This course will enable students to have a foundation in both substantive and procedural bankruptcy law. The student will explore various legal ethics scenarios, paralegal's role and duty in the practice of bankruptcy law under the supervision of a licensed attorney, client relations and intake as well as drafting of the various petitions and schedules, form and motions.</p>
