PSYC 103 — Introduction to Psychology
<p><span><span>This course will introduce students to the scientific study of human behavior and the mind. </span><span>Topics will include</span><span> a</span><span> history</span><span> of psychology</span><span>, research methods, biological bases of behavior, sensation, </span><span>perception</span><span>, consciousness, learning, memory, language, intelligence, motivation, emotion, human development, personality, stress, psychopathology, and psychotherapy.</span><span> </span></span><span><span>Approved for the Honors program.</span></span><span><span> </span><span>Core: SSHB.</span></span><span> </span></p>
Prerequisites: ENGL101
