RESP 201 — Cardiopulmonary Disease Processes

<p><span><span>In this course, the respiratory care student will learn advanced concepts related to pathophysiology of major respiratory diseases and their current treatment modalities to include ventilation, perfusion, gaseous diffusion, and a review of acid base disorders. Students will learn how to conduct a cardiopulmonary assessment and use assessment data to formulate an individualized respiratory plan of care for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. Restricted to Respiratory Care Students.</span></span></p>
