Overview Program Prerequisite: 15 credits in Early Childhood/Child Development course work or department approval. This program provides training for current and future directors and owners of early childcare centers and programs. Coursework covers leadership, organization, administration and business management. Program meets Pennsylvania Director's Credential requirement.
