Narrative In the emergency services professions, masterful skills and attention to detail are essential elements that lead to successful outcomes. NCC's Emergency Services Technology program provides the education and training you will need to safely and effectively perform the difficult and dangerous duties of saving lives and property. The increasing demand for emergency responders is being driven by the escalating needs of the various communities being served. NCC's Emergency Services Degree is intended to prepare responders to meet those needs.
