Hotel, Restaurant and Event Management, AAS
Features: For students interested in a career in hotel, restaurant, or event management, Northampton Community College offers the opportunity to earn an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Event Management (HREM) . Core courses in the program include meetings and events, menu planning, catering, front desk operations, accounting, marketing, and human resources. Students also gain experience in key areas such as customer service, revenue management, cultural awareness, and leadership. Students will receive hands-on training through campus special events and partnerships with respected local hospitality venues, including restaurants, hotels, and event spaces.
