ACC 120 — Principles of Accounting II

The first part of the course continues to address topics in financialaccounting that began in ACC 114, including the use of GAAP(Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). The remaining emphasisis on the corporate form of ownership. Topics include accounting forbonds, investments in stocks and bonds, business combinations andthe statement of cash flows. Practical application will be implementedusing a computerized homework system and a comprehensiveproblem. Prerequisite: ACC 114
