WEI 139 — Open Root Welding
This course is designed to give the student the ability to develop theskills necessary to successfully complete open root welds on mild steelplate in four positions using E6010 electrodes with the shielded metalarc welding process. Safe handling of equipment, supplies and overallshop safety are strongly emphasized. Prerequisite: WEI 138
