MDET151L — Machining Technology Lab I

This course consists of machining projects to promote the skills needed for designing and drawing machine parts. Students will use mechanical design practices for measuring within tolerances as identified on blueprints. The concepts discussed in theory sessions are transferred to the lab through projects; successful assessment of projects is determined by maching to tolerances as determined by industry machining practices.
