DVD103 — Developmental Disabilities: Special Topics

Develops a deeper understanding of people with developmental disabilities as creators of their own personal visions. Students will explore topics including person centered thinking, teaching and learning, human rights, sexuality, grief and loss, and families, and Human Rights Training. Students will explore how to balance the health and safety of the individual's rights for choice and self-determination.
